Hi, I’m Courtney.
I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach with experience creating personalized exercise programs in corporate clinical wellness settings since 2018.
I’ve worked with both healthy adults and individuals managing chronic health concerns—and I’ve seen the same pattern again and again:
Women are told to “exercise more,” but they’re not given clear, realistic guidance on how to do that in a way that actually lasts.
I’ve lived this myself.
I went from being a collegiate athlete with built-in structure, to navigating adulthood, full-time work, and fitness without a plan. I know what it’s like to want to feel strong and confident again—and not know how to make it stick.
That’s why I built Fitness Habit Coaching around individualized support, science-backed programming, and sustainability—not quick fixes.

P.S. I have two dogs Oliver and Barry and I love the outdoors!
