Hi - I am glad you found my page! I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Health Coach aka Lifestyle Coach! I started in the health field in 2018 in a corporate clinical setting. I enjoy helping people, seeing clients progress, experience the "Ah-ha" moments, hearing about success and challenges, and answering any and all health and fitness questions that my clients have.
I felt obligated to create Fitness Habit Coaching LLC because I know many people are struggling to follow through with doctors recommendations to improve their health. Most times we go in for our annual check up and get the news that we need to exercise more or make some lifestyle changes in order to improve your health in time for a 3 month follow up.
My goal is to bridge the gap between your doctor's recommendation of exercising more, lowering blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol or weight management and guiding you to the results for optimized health and overcome challenges!
Like most of us - I also have had challenges with my own fitness and lifestyle! My story starts from being a collegiate athlete where I didn’t have to think about my health, to a retired athlete with no structure, to working 40 hours a week feeling like I have no time for workouts and all that falls in between.
These all add up to our lifestyle and everyones lifestyle looks so different - Change in general can be challenging but with the right support and guidance everyone can be successful!

We'll start by reviewing your current lifestyle, habits and desired health outcomes to learn about you and your goals!

Next, we'll make an individualized action plan - It includes small achievable steps that are adaptable and specific to meeting you where you are.

We'll have regular check-ins to support your progress. We will chat about any challenges, success and adapt the plan!

Mapping Consultation (Free):
A free 15 minute 1:1 mapping visit to answer your questions about Fitness Habit Coaching LLC. You will learn more about me as a coach to ensure we are a good fit and discuss package options.
Baseline Assessment ($120):
One time session to assess and review your current baseline fitness levels.
- Single 45 minute 1:1 session including assessment and review of results.
- Baseline Pre-Session instruction email to be performed prior to scheduled session.
- Fitness and lifestyle modifications and recommendations that are specific to you.
- Baseline Booklet with detailed overview summary.
12-Week 1:1 Coaching Program - 1 visit per month ($60/month):
12-week coaching package with a 3 month commitment.
- A 45 minute 1:1 Consultation to gain an understanding of your baseline, goals, and make an action plan that meets you where you are.
- One 30 minute 1:1 accountability check in scheduled each month for the next two consecutive months.
- Baseline Assessment Booklet Included.
12-Week 1:1 Coaching Program - 2 visits per month ($120/month):
12-week coaching package with a 3 month commitment.
- A 45 minute 1:1 Consultation to gain an understanding of your baseline, goals, and make an action plan that meets you where you are - Plus an additional 30 minute follow up the first month.
- Two 30 minute 1:1 accountability check ins scheduled each month for the next two consecutive months.
- Baseline Assessment Booklet Included.
12-Week 1:1 Coaching Program - 4 visits per month ($240/month):
12-week coaching package with a 3 month commitment.
- A 45 minute 1:1 Consultation to gain an understanding of your baseline, goals, and make an action plan that mets you where you are - Plus an additional three 30 minute follow ups the first month.
- Four 30 minute 1:1 accountability check ins scheduled each month for the next two consecutive months.
- Baseline Assessment Booklet Included.
All sessions are virtual through google meet or phone call depending on preference.

As a professional combining the roles of a Health Coach and a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, my approach is holistic and personalized, integrating exercise science with lifestyle and behavior change strategies. Here’s how I will work with you:
Comprehensive Baseline Assessment
I start by assessing your overall health, including your fitness level, medical history, lifestyle habits, and any chronic conditions you may have. This involves conducting fitness tests, reviewing your nutrition, and evaluating factors like sleep and mental health to get a full picture of where you’re starting from.
Personalized Wellness Plans
Using the baseline assessment, we will develop a tailored plan that includes both exercise and lifestyle changes—whether that’s improving your movement, managing stress, or enhancing your sleep quality. Together, we’ll set specific goals that may include managing chronic conditions, weight management or optimizing your overall health and fitness.
Exercise Prescription with Behavioral Support
I’ll prescribe an exercise program that’s just right for you, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a health condition, or just looking to get stronger and healthier. I will also help you make lasting changes in your behavior. This means offering support when you face mental or emotional challenges that make it hard to stick to an exercise routine or healthier lifestyle; we will dive deeper into friction points to support change.
Chronic Disease Management and Prevention
If you’re dealing with chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, or arthritis, I specialize in helping you manage or reduce the impact of these through exercise. I’ll help you use physical activity as a tool to manage symptoms and improve your overall health.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
I take a well-rounded approach to your health, focusing not only on fitness but also on your emotional well-being, motivation, and goal-setting. I want to help you build sustainable habits that improve your life overall, from mindful eating to stress reduction and better sleep hygiene. All these parts of your life have an impact on your health goal, if we can pull on back on track they all start to follow.
Ongoing Support and Accountability
During our follow up sessions, I’ll ask questions make sure you’re doing your exercises safely and correctly. I’ll also monitor your progress and adjust the intensity of your workouts as needed. I’ll support you in other areas of your lifestyle as well—I’ll check in with you regularly to make sure you’re staying on track with your goals and provide the motivation and encouragement you need. Together, we’ll celebrate your successes and work through any challenges you may have. I’m here to help you stay committed to making lasting changes.
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers
If necessary, I’ll ask questions about what your doctors, physical therapists, dietitians, or other healthcare professionals have recommended to ensure that we’re all on the same page when it comes to your care. It will keep me informed and able to adapt your plan as needed to make sure you’re getting the best possible support.

My goal as your coach is to offer you a comprehensive, client-centered approach to improving your health. I’ll guide you through both the physical and emotional aspects of wellness, helping you make lasting changes that enhance your quality of life. Together, we’ll focus on your long-term health, helping you manage any challenges, make plans and work toward your goals in a safe, sustainable and successful way.
