Hi - I am glad you found my page! I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Health Coach! I started in the health field in 2018 in a corporate clinical wellness setting creating personalized fitness prescriptions for chronic and healthy adults to manage and optimize health. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach, I deliver evidence-based, motivating online coaching that provides specific, individualized guidance for sustainable exercise and lifestyle changes, fostering proactive well-being and optimizing long-term health outcomes.
I felt obligated to create Fitness Habit Coaching LLC to empower individuals aged 25-45 facing chronic disease risks or management, including those in their pregnancy and postpartum journeys, by bridging the gap between general medical advice and tangible health transformation.
Most times we go in for our annual check up and get the news that we need to "exercise more" or make some lifestyle changes in order to improve your health in time for a 3 month follow up, left struggling to know the specific, science-backed steps needed to truly make a difference in your health.
My goal is to bridge the gap between your doctor's recommendation of "exercising more" to lower blood sugar, lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol or weight management and guide you to the results for optimized health!
Like most of us - I also have had challenges with my own fitness and lifestyle! My story starts from being a collegiate athlete where I didn’t have to think about my health, to a retired athlete with no structure, to working 40 hours a week feeling like I have no time for workouts and all that falls in between.
These all add up to our lifestyle and everyones lifestyle looks so different - Change in general can be challenging but with the right support and guidance everyone can be successful!
